Bumble Bee came out very quickly to repair/replace our leaking water heater. They are quick, polite, efficient and competitive. We have needed them before this issue and that all holds true for previous repairs.

Robins is great! They helped move the water spigot to accommodate our dog door. It started to drip and they came back immediately to fix it! They are very responsive and friendly! Damon was great! He’s supper friendly and helpful. Good with the dog too!

Gabriel was very professional and knowledgeable.

We had an outside pipe, possibly on the verge of a full blown burst, but Jason came by today, and found the problem, before it turned into a plumbing disaster! He was prompt, honest, and professional! In less than an hour, he took care of our plumbing problem, and we can’t thank him enough. Tyler came out after a call from his route supervisor, Andrew, to evaluate an ongoing plumbing issue. We had a problem with dirt in our lines damaging faucets, toilets and water filtration from the main city water. They both spent time in the office, looking at the problem and evaluating our needs. They took pictures, made some calls and were able to come up with a workable solution for our office. The quote was prepared professionally, in the office and was very fair in pricing. They were prepared to discuss manufacturing times and installation times at today's appointment. Both were polite, professional and knowledgeable. Overall, it was a great introduction to the company!!
