Our hard water was taking a toll on my wife and daughters skin. I called a number of big plumbing companies around the valley and they were ALL outrageously overpriced and provided little explanation of charges and it was like pulling teeth to get responses in general. Then thankfully, I stumbled across Armstrong Plumbing. Roger was so quick to respond and provided so much insight as to the product to use and why it’s so much more beneficial. He has incredible knowledge and is just a great person that brings a great energy. And his pricing was way better than any of the dozen companies I’d spoken to. We had an outside pipe, possibly on the verge of a full blown burst, but Jason came by today, and found the problem, before it turned into a plumbing disaster! He was prompt, honest, and professional! In less than an hour, he took care of our plumbing problem, and we can’t thank him enough. This plumber near me was so wonderful. They came when they said they would, they assessed the situation accurately, and got everything squared away very quickly and efficiently. I would definitely trust them with any plumbing problems I have again in the future.

Found I had a leaking water heater, so I called Bradley plumbing. They worked me into their schedule, and arrive slightly before the scheduled time. He diagnosed the problem and went and got a new water heater. Had it installed within an hour.

Seriously great job. I accidently punctured a main water line at a customer's house. Couldn't get the repair parts necessary from the local hardware store. These guys answered the phone at 430 and went to get the parts, came and repaired it at 6:40 at night. Great rate. Thank you guys.

We had Plumbing Masters in today. They identified a real concern, did not push but asked permission to repair it. Mike was polite, personable, professional. This speaks well of the company. Mike also identified a minor item for the future. I'd give him six stars if I could.

I paid $175 for nothing. ☹️ I was referred to this company from the equipment manufacturer. When I made the appointment I told the scheduler exactly what the issue was as per the manufacturer. The technician was very apologetic but the company doesn’t even perform the repair needed! I had to pay for a trip charge - $175. Why didn’t the scheduler tell me this when I called? Did she listen to the issue I was calling about? Obviously not! I feel like I got screwed without getting kissed. Very unhappy. Giving two stars because the technician was on-time and extremely polite.
