I called Roger (owner of Armstrong Plumbing) in the evening not expecting anyone to answer the phone. Roger answered right away and I explained my clogged toilet problem. I could tell he had a busy day the next day as he tried to figure out if he could make it over. In order to fit us in he got up extra early and came first thing before all his other jobs. It took him all of 30 seconds and he had my toilet unclogged. He was very profession. I highly recommend Roger and he will absolutely be my first call for ANY plumbing needs in the future. 5 stars for the job and manner. Jordan is the owner and worker himself. He used to be a plumber for a big Corp. and now he just has this cool own biz. I called him after I had another plumber came but cant fix. My 2 year old garbage disposal was not moving after 2 month vacation. It’s just stucked. I know the trick but can’t turn it to move again at the bottom. Neither did the other plumber from another big company.
So Jordan came and just a few minutes, he turn it to move again. Save me 200 dollars for a new one. Jordan also checked all the lines and let me know some risks. For example, the dishwasher white line needs to be kept higher in stead of dropping down. No wonder my dishwasher always have a little water left at the bottom. He also helped me to change the kitchen faucet and fix the broken stopper at bath room. He explain everything slowly and he went to home depot for parts right away so I don’t have to wait another day. In the end he tested my water hardness with his strip and make sure the water comes out fine. I would highly recommend him to anyone in AZ area with plumbering needs. I’ll call him to flush my heater and change my toilet next time.

We were having a pretty simple stoppage in our kitchen sink. We tried snaking ourselves and we tried vinegar and baking soda but couldn’t get it unclogged. With three kids at home during summer break, we needed it fixed. A friend of mine in Texas is a plumber and recommended Robin’s Plumbing. Grant came over the next day. He was on time, he snakes the drain and explained our pipes are made of galvanized steel. We live in an older neighborhood, so that made sense, and he gave us regular maintenance tips we can do ourselves. He was great and the price was fantastic. I will recommend them to everyone!

Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.

LOL - here call this 3rd company and let us know what they say, before we can schedule work. What do you mean that company was sold a few weeks ago, huh, good to know. What!?! Then once the work is complete they don't do outback aka fix the drywall. Which means you have to work with another company. I ended up working with a larger name company and had 1 stop shop, not multiple companies, multiple bills and multiple fingers pointing at each other!
