I've hired plumbers before, but none have been as proactive as this company. They not only addressed the immediate problem but also identified potential future issues and offered preventive solutions.

My Grandson threw some mysterious object into the toilet.(we think) which caused the toilet to become clogged. Plumbing masters came out the same day. They gave me a window of 1pm to 6pm and I received a call from the tech at 1235 telling me he was on his way. Levi was very courteous and nice. He worked very hard with the auger to break through the clog so as not to have to charge me more for removing the toilet. My toilet flushes better then ever now. I will definitely call them with any future plumbing needs.

5 stars for the job and manner. Jordan is the owner and worker himself. He used to be a plumber for a big Corp. and now he just has this cool own biz. I called him after I had another plumber came but cant fix. My 2 year old garbage disposal was not moving after 2 month vacation. It’s just stucked. I know the trick but can’t turn it to move again at the bottom. Neither did the other plumber from another big company.
So Jordan came and just a few minutes, he turn it to move again. Save me 200 dollars for a new one. Jordan also checked all the lines and let me know some risks. For example, the dishwasher white line needs to be kept higher in stead of dropping down. No wonder my dishwasher always have a little water left at the bottom. He also helped me to change the kitchen faucet and fix the broken stopper at bath room. He explain everything slowly and he went to home depot for parts right away so I don’t have to wait another day. In the end he tested my water hardness with his strip and make sure the water comes out fine. I would highly recommend him to anyone in AZ area with plumbering needs. I’ll call him to flush my heater and change my toilet next time.
