Andrew came to our rescue about midnight last night after our sink sprouted a geiser and the shut off valves didn't work. He got water back to the rest of the house and got us temporarily shut off at that one sink until today when supply stores opened. The pricing was reasonable and Andrew was awesome...very professional, friendly, and helpful. Would definitely recommend and call again.

Service itself was fine and very quick but I was charged $279 to unclog a drain. It took less than an hour and I was told before hand but what was I going to do? Kick the guy out of my house when he was already there?EDIT: issue resolved via management

It's the third time they fixed my drain. I had a blocked drain, a broken pipe and my water heater was leaking during a recent power outage. They were able to fix everything on the spot, work with me on financing options to keep the costs down and get me back in business before the end of each day.

Seriously great job. I accidently punctured a main water line at a customer's house. Couldn't get the repair parts necessary from the local hardware store. These guys answered the phone at 430 and went to get the parts, came and repaired it at 6:40 at night. Great rate. Thank you guys.

I called Rapid Fire yesterday as water was gushing out of an outside pipe. Tom instructed me to turn off my main water supply. He stated was in Phoenix finishing a job and would be to Mayer in 2 hours. He was a man of his word. I sent him pictures of the problem prior to his arrival. When he arrived, he was professional, prepared, and repaired the problems quickly. I would recommend Rapid Fire to anyone needing plumbing fixes quickly and efficiently.

Well, I had a leak in my laundry room because of an inadequate home remodeler with water all over the floor and some drywall and I get a hold of Jan Ashford Plumbing, who sent out Gerald and here's a gentleman that really knows his stuff and who has been doing it for 35 years! Gerald is a very pleasant person, who looks like he loves what he's doing! Great service and on time too! Who could ask for anything more?
