We had a major water leak at our business and needed same day service. I was pleased when I called and at 11 a.m. and they had a tech out by 2 o'clock. They gave us an accurate quote on repairs needed and kept us informed on the process the entire time. I would use them again if needed.

The only issue I had was your plumber assuming the $200 dollar garbage disposal I bought had no power cord. He then gave options to buy one of yours, like model $300, or go to home depot and get one on a $190 an hr rate. I said I'd reschedule and get a cord, but before he left I said, it's funny a cord don't come with them. I opened the box, pulled out the disposal, there in the bottom was the power cord. Made me pause on just how ethical he was being with me. But the installation was done properly with no problems surfacing. Almost $400 for install of my disposal and 3 shut offs have made some people shocked. My own fault if that's high since I should have got other opinions.

Gerald S. came to give an estimate on an issue with our shower. He gave me all the options and suggested an alternative. The alternative didn't pan out due to the age of the valve, but he was able to come back the same day and complete the job. Terrific knowledge and fantastic customer service! Will definitely call again.

They are very professional on time and do exactly what they say they are going to do and I have had them out here fixing or replacing several items and never once have I had them come out twice on any item they have either installed or repaired. Ask for Jon Luna, he is the best plumber out there. I highly recommend this company.
