Best Bath Repair in Glendale AZ

I called Bumble Bee Plumbing Friday morning for a water leak in the garage of a rental house I own. Eduardo came out the same day and found a leak in the water line under concrete garage floor. Gave us several ways to fix and came back Saturday and finished the job. Very happy with their responsiveness and professionalism. Not cheap but fairly priced.

This company is always going above and beyond to help us. They did a few extra tweaks to two faucet replacements at their cost to ensure we removed some parts that could fail in the future. Big fan of this company.

So I was trying to fix a broken pipe myself because I’m pretty handy. I then pulled something you’re not supposed to pull on, and boom... water everywhere.

I called four places. The first couldn’t tell me the cost of emergency services. The second and third didn’t answer or call me back. Here, a friendly lady answered and told me someone would call me in 5 to 10 minutes. Anthony called in that time frame and gave me an ETA. His ETA was accurate, and I got 2 messages - one when he was 30 minutes out, and another when he was 8 minutes out. As a project manager, I’m a sucker for communication. He was kind, polite, respectful, honest, and he went above and beyond when he showed me what to do and gave me tips for the next time I decide I’m Wonder Woman and try and fix a broken pipe on my own. I do know that when I inevitably end up breaking something in my efforts, I’ll call these guys, and you should too!

I came home from work to my toilet not flushing. I called them late at night and they had someone come out early the next morning. They worked quickly and explained everything they were doing including how much everything would cost. I highly recomend them!

Setting up here ,getting ready to open my new shop. And what do you know the plumbing is in disrepair. So I call on Sun City Action Plumbers to check out the problem. They tell me everything that needs to be done now and what could wait for a while. Very honest and I appreciate that as a business owner myself.

What a pleasure to use AZ Family Plumbing! As a first time home owner I have had to deal with quite a few mediocre company's, but AZ Family Plumbing couldn't be further away on that spectrum! Jason was on time, super friendly, explained the repairs, and went above and beyond checking my back flow valve for my water system! Mike, the Plumbing Masters technician was thorough and quick. He isolated the problem right away and had a quote in minutes. He then replaced the anti siphon valve nearly and functionally checked the system all in less than 1.5 hours working in the Phoenix sun.I appreciated Mike's attention to details as he explained what he was doing.The valve was pricey but it was necessary.Jim

Tech explained process and had a good handle on the job

My mainline got clogged and sewage started backing up on a Saturday evening. When I called ER plumbing, they answered right away and sent someone out within 45 minutes. When Roland got here, he was kind, friendly, and got right to work. He was able to get the mainline cleared and we were back to being able to use our toilets and showers in no time. I highly recommend ER plumbing!

I paid $175 for nothing. ☹️ I was referred to this company from the equipment manufacturer. When I made the appointment I told the scheduler exactly what the issue was as per the manufacturer. The technician was very apologetic but the company doesn’t even perform the repair needed! I had to pay for a trip charge - $175. Why didn’t the scheduler tell me this when I called? Did she listen to the issue I was calling about? Obviously not! I feel like I got screwed without getting kissed. Very unhappy. Giving two stars because the technician was on-time and extremely polite.

Andrew is a great example of professional showmanship. He was courteous, polite and very knowledgeable. Andrew resolved the problem with confidence and ease.He gave us a breakdown of what concerns we had and let us know of other plumbing issues we might want to consider repairing near future.
