Eddie Palomino came out to de-scale our tankless water heater. He was prompt, courteous, and very professional. We will use Bumblebee Plumbing again.

We have had Eddie on three separate jobs. He is super courteous, clean, friendly and professional. He always has what he needs in his truck and fixes the problem with ease, even though I know a few times were a challenge. He takes the time to show me what he is doing and how to fix it myself next time if it is fairly simple. I appreciate that he arrived in a mask in the midst of our COVID pandemic.

Roto-rooter scheduled same day within an hour and arrived within 2 hours of scheduling / total time to arrive. Victor, the technician, had the drain in kitchen sink cleared totally within half hour of arriving. The drain had been plugged so badly before, it had taken several hours to drain an inch of water or less. So, I would highly recommend this company for others, and if we need plumbing work again, they will be who I call.

We needed a repair on our tankless water heater right away. He came out as soon as he could and fixed our issue. We will definitely use him for all of our future needs.

I paid $175 for nothing. ☹️ I was referred to this company from the equipment manufacturer. When I made the appointment I told the scheduler exactly what the issue was as per the manufacturer. The technician was very apologetic but the company doesn’t even perform the repair needed! I had to pay for a trip charge - $175. Why didn’t the scheduler tell me this when I called? Did she listen to the issue I was calling about? Obviously not! I feel like I got screwed without getting kissed. Very unhappy. Giving two stars because the technician was on-time and extremely polite.

They were very professional and courteous. Did a great job fixing our faucet leak and was also able to help with water heater maintenance that was overdue. Presented me some options for other work they recommended and I didn't face high pressure sales when I declined the additional work at that time. The next time I need work done from Bumble Bee Plumbing, I would ask for Jesus again.

5 stars for the job and manner. Jordan is the owner and worker himself. He used to be a plumber for a big Corp. and now he just has this cool own biz. I called him after I had another plumber came but cant fix. My 2 year old garbage disposal was not moving after 2 month vacation. It’s just stucked. I know the trick but can’t turn it to move again at the bottom. Neither did the other plumber from another big company.
So Jordan came and just a few minutes, he turn it to move again. Save me 200 dollars for a new one. Jordan also checked all the lines and let me know some risks. For example, the dishwasher white line needs to be kept higher in stead of dropping down. No wonder my dishwasher always have a little water left at the bottom. He also helped me to change the kitchen faucet and fix the broken stopper at bath room. He explain everything slowly and he went to home depot for parts right away so I don’t have to wait another day. In the end he tested my water hardness with his strip and make sure the water comes out fine. I would highly recommend him to anyone in AZ area with plumbering needs. I’ll call him to flush my heater and change my toilet next time.
