James came out on Short notice thru home warr company. He was the.replacement for another service company that had twice tried to fix AC and failed. Spent some time here, waited to see if his fix would work, discovered another problem thst was making 1st problem reappear after 20 min. Repaired that and after 4 days of 100+ deg heat, my house is now 75 degrees again. Thank you for your help!

Horrible experience the tech. got my air running and after 4 hrs, it quit again, called my home protection plan right away and after 2 days of my calling and them calling him he never returned the calls, therefore I was without air for 3 days and they sent another company out and it was fixed properly. I wouldn't recommend this guy, a business always calls back to let you know when they are coming but he just ignored all the messages,

I received a call in the morning, and the tech said he would be out between 3-5pm the same day. In 100 degree weather, this wait time is amazing! The tech said he would call me when he was on his way. He did exactly that. The tech called me at 2:40, arrived promptly, and was really nice. He was thorough and explained what he did. Having worked in multi-family housing and having dealt with multiple vendors, I can honestly say I was impressed. My A/C was fixed the same day. I'm very happy with the service.
