Jimmy, the owner of Estep Electric, came to install a dimmer and work up a quote for a lighting fixture. He is very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and patiently listened to what I needed. I inquired about my lighting and electrical system that his company had installed in my new home. He took a lot of time explaining how everything worked. He is a kind and exceptional young man. His wife handles the phones and appointments and was gracious and professional in scheduling. They are a family business and care about their reputation, which is so rare nowadays.
