Fantastic! ! Joe arrived on time, was super easy to talk to and work with. He very patiently answered my many questions,
did excellent work, was neat, efficient, and very professional. I will gladly call him again if I have a plumbing or drain issue!

We recently moved into an older home that sat vacant for quite a while, so of course, the kitchen drain had issues after a couple months of use again! He had done our initial drain inspection and rooting before moving in, so he was aware of the pipe layouts, area, and type of clay pipes we have that connect to the city. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt in his services! He is the only one we plan to use in the future. :)

I was really impressed by Joe Tidball! He came promptly when scheduled and was quite professional. He gave me honest and helpful advice about a chemical called copper sulfate, which prolongs the time until we need him to come snake our main sewer line again. He gave us advice that decreases our need for his services, which is a huge sign of an honest and high-quality professional. He also gave me a 10% discount for paying cash, which I was not expecting at all. I'm very impressed with Joe, and I would highly recommend his services.
