Always on time, reasonable prices. I had called other plumbing companies that made the work seem much larger than it was to make an extra $. Prime plumbing was very honest!

Had a water softener installed. Jorge was great. Customer service was fantastic. Professional, great response time. Job well done. Very pleased. We know who to call now for all of our plumbing needs.

This company replaced my main water supply pipe (old/poly) and my shut off valves. They came out within hours of me calling, gave me a FREE estimate, and started working in my yard the next day! The techs arrived early both days and kept me informed during the entire process. Pricing was VERY competitive and the customer service was amazing!!! They will be my go-to plumbers from now on!!!!

Jorge was on time. I had two faucets replaced, new valves, and drainage pipes installed. He stayed to ensure no leaks occurred and left my bathroom area clean and in good shape. Highly recommend him and will definitely have him back when it’s time to get my showers done.

I had several quotes done for the job I needed done. I picked Prime for their professionalism and straight forward answers. They also quoted a good price too. Roman and Jorge were such a good team, who performed the entire job in half the estimated time. They were courteous, professional and very good hard workers. The job was completed to perfect satisfaction. I highly recommend them for your needs - and i will use them again in the future.

I honestly get nervous when it comes down to getting service done to not just our house but anything. With that being said, Jorge was able to reassure and get not just what I needed done but more. He spent some extra time and was able to show me a leak I didn’t know about. We could both tell the leaks been there a while. Jorge then put his selfless service into fixing it and telling me it was the right thing to do even though it wasn’t a service I did not request.

I truly believe that there isn’t many good people or business out there nowadays. But I for sure know that this business and Jorge being apart of is one company I can fully say they exceeded my expectations and will always be a company I will share to others because my honesty and trust goes a long with someone I recommend.

When friends or family asks us, I for sure know I can recommend a company without hesitation. Thank you for taking your time I’m not only performing your services as requested but going beyond that to reassuring something that was easy to see be fixed.

Prime Plumbing installed 45’ of new underground 1 1/2” P.E gas pipe from existing meter to our new pool heater. Jorge & Roman were on time, worked very diligent & answered all of my questions. Vania is a great project manager through scheduling city inspectors, emailing the permits and she has amazing follow up. Prime Plumbing is highly recommended and they beat out the competition on price by 20%!! I will definitely use Prime Plumbing again!! Thanks again!

Highly recommend! We recently had to replace and repair a lot of pipes around our water heater, and get our hot water re circulation system working again. Roman was in the neighborhood and stopped by for a free quote. He showed up promptly on time and got the work done quickly. It looks great, and now we have instant hot water again! They have great communication and some automated computer software which is smart phone friendly too. [ EDIT ] We had a small problem with one part of the work, and Roman came out right away to fix it for free, even thought he was here a full hour. They are a young company, but very responsible. 5 Stars.

Called to get a water filter installed under my sink. Appointment was scheduled and I asked if they could also give me a quote for installing a water softener. Day of the appointment they tried to come an hour before the service window and they only came to give me a quote. If the people in the office can’t even tell their techs what you want done correctly. I’m sure they’ll mess up on the bill - no thanks. I didn’t even let them give me the quote.
