Best Plumbers in Texas

These guys were fast professional and reasonably priced. Another more well known place wanted to do a much bigger and more expensive repair but we got a second opinion from Best Rates and they suggested a limited repair that totally fixed the problem for about 25% of the cost. I would recommend them without reservation.

I have used Capital Care plumbing for years. I recently contacted them to purchase and install a water softener / filtration system. As I expected they provided GREAT service. They are always honest and fair. Stephen the plumber was very courteous and patient. He made sure I understood everything about the system before he left.

When I first used him he was great and polite. Over time he has ignored my request for service. When he did come out, he took parts to be replaced and basically forgot about me and never replaced the parts he took. I will never deal with him again professionally. I suggest you so the same and STAY AWAY!

Due to the amount of time I have left in this house and the nature of the situation, I have decided not to purchase services at this time but should anything come up at my residence or have the need to utilize their services, I will definitely call them again and hope the same technician is sent out. The outside faucet was leaking so I called to see if they were available that day and they were thankfully. They sent a text message saying they were on their way and it took them about 15min to arrive. They got straight to work and completed it within 30min. Quick and efficient. Excellent work! Highly recommend and will use next time!

My builder hired them to remove/replace the plumbing for the kitchen sink. The gentleman who removed the parts was on time and great. Fast forward the next day when he was supposed to come back to put the parts back in after the sink was replaced, he called saying the sealing needed to dry first and that someone would be back out the next day, Saturday, between 7:30-8:30 am. I'm not living at the house yet so I had to go through the trouble of arranging for my parents to be there. 9:30 rolls around and still nobody's come. My builder gave me the main line to call and the person on call spent most of the call saying no every time I tried to speak. He kept saying he wasn't scheduled and would only leave the house for emergencies. I tried to explain that I wasn't trying to get him to go out, I needed to find the person scheduled to be at my house to see if he's running late, or what. This was probably just a scheduling error, and that's fine, but the attitude of the on-call plumber was attrocious.
