Roman was super helpful! We called having returned home to no power and no heat in the middle of summer. He squeezed us in that morning and spent time testing all possible issues. He found the issue, explained it to us and fixed it. He also relabeled our circuit board to help the next electrician who comes in have an easier time fixing any problems.

Really extremely rude person who picks up the phone. Seemed very disorganized. Was quick to call me crazy because they didn't have the appointment we made recorded and they no-showed.
