I had used another contractor for years but stopped when they became ridiculously expensive. I found Axcel in a google search for top rated electricians. Their name came up and I am so glad I called them. Alex and his partner Prince were professional, thorough, knowledgeable, safety conscious and reasonable. They removed an old chandelier and put up a replacement antique one. The switch had been inoperable and they had to search our old coops wiring to figure out the problem and they did! They also had to relocate an outlet snd install a new outlet and all that was done seamlessly. At the end of a long day, I remembered there was another outlet that was non functioning and they fixed it happily.

I will refer all my future electrical work to them. I cannot say enough good things. You would be crazy to look elsewhere. Alex is the BEST!!! His staff are great. Vanessa in the office is a pleasure to deal with. They get my top recommendation!

Veni,vidi, vici' ...they came, saw and conquered....had what I thought was sever circuit breaker problem..well, after 2 minutes they diagnosed it not to be..repaired problem ... and few other items on list in professional and excellent manner...absolute pleasure..the front office personnel and onsite electricians sent to my home..did I say Excellent...let me repeat myself...damn better than good...professionally suberb. yes!!!

Minus one if I could. I was referred to him by a mutual contact which I mentioned on first speaking to him. He was scheduled to come to my apartment. He never showed up and he never called. I called him the next day to see what had happened. He accused me of playing a joke on him as the address wasn't real. As I tried to clarify the address to him he kept yelling at me that I was playing a joke on him, not to waste his time and to never call him again. Well, isn't that nice!!!!!!
