very reliabal called them my back flow was instaled within a month and there rates were very reasonable i would defiantly go with them again

Plumbing company at its best! team of three plumbers showed up then they decided that one is enough for the clogged toilet and bath line and left him working on the emergency plumbing problem at my place.

Work was performed professionally and pretty clean relative to service people that leave a lot of trash around, the price was right and I had no complaints about that either.

I recommend these plumbers, also because they showed up almost on the the minute as the extremely polite person on the phone, with nice foreign accent :) told me, could be a coincident but as far as my experience I will conclude this as: nice fast and clean service.- Thank You!

I've used several different heating service companies over the years for recurring problems with the boiler/heating system in my home in Manhattan. The last time, a friend suggested that I call Plumbing NYC. I now have an annual service agreement with them, and have not had any problems with my boiler since. They are friendly, courteous, and come every fall to service my home's heating system before winter hits. I recently also had a plumbing problem, and they were there within an hour to fix it--at my preferred customer rate.

Mr. Flush Sewer & Drain has been one of the most professional companies I had worked with. I was in a really bad situation at my house with my main boiler which had broken down completely in the middle of winter and was desperate to get it replaced. I called several companies to get quotes and of course everyone that came to see the boiler saw the desperation in my face and were quoting me exorbitant prices. Finally (Juan) from Mr. Flush came to the house to assess the boiler and he gave me two choices. One was a temporary fix and that didn’t guarantee that problem wouldn’t come back since boiler was old and the second choice was to replace it. I opted to replace it because the quote that I got from Mr. Flush was very much in line with the market at the time. They ordered the new boiler and installed it on a Saturday and by Saturday night the new boiler was up and running. Their professionalism goes above and beyond . They cleaned the area were the old boiler was located and the took the old boiler with them. I highly recommend them for any plumbing issues you may have. You will not regret it!

Experienced, very professionals people

After several bad experiences with plumbers, I'm pleased to find a good one - professional, fair prices. I've had them out a few times due to clogged up pipes. Both times two people arrived promptly and as scheduled, were pleasant and forthright to deal with, analyzed and fixed the problem efficiently and provided advice when asked so I might be able to do it myself if it recurred. Plumber NYC provided a helpful suggestion for fixing a leaky outdoor hose faucet which they noticed! Thanks guys!

Love this company. Very sweet men. Family oriented business. I called them when i decided to re- model my kitchen. I was nervous because i didnt have a huge budget to work with. gladly they were able to work within my budget. I now love my kitchen and have dinner parties all the time.. I had a great experience

Is this still a functioning company? I'm confused. 2 days in a row, I call them, get a timeslot. Two days in a row, 2 hours late, no courtesy call. I call them back. 'We will be right there'. An hour later I call back, annoyed. Again no courtesy call stating they will be late. 'We will be right there'. Another hour passes. No show.

On the first day, they finally showed up, 6 hours late, not one courtesy call. The dude forgot his tools, oops. Seriously? We schedule an appointment for tomorrow between 9am-12pm.

Tomorrow rolls around. 1pm and no show, no courtesy call. 'Is it ok if we come at 4pm?' Me, annoyed as hell. 'Sure'. 4pm, no show and no call. 'We will be right there.' They LITERALLY, NEVER SHOWED UP AND NEVER CALLED, ONE TIME. COMPLETE NO SHOW. Never seen it in my life. Not even a call to state that they will no show. We literally sat around all day waiting, they completely wasted our time.

Why is there not an option for 0 stars? This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with and that is saying A LOT.

If I could put no stars I would. Do not use this person! He overcharges and then never gives the receipt that is needed for the closing of an apartment sale. He promises and promises and promises and it never happens. The attorneys need proof of work and he won’t provide any kind of receipt. Stay away from this man! He will try to charm and then he lies. Rude and hung up on me

Called to get a quote for a simple water filter installation. Receptionist tried a very hard sell. When I could not commit to a time/date for service she hung up on me. I called back to report her to her manager, and when I asked for her name she hung up on me again. Very unprofessional. Lots of other plumbing services out there. Don't need to be hung up on by someone who I'm going to pay! In addition, she blocked my phone number from calling the business again. Spend your money elsewhere!

This company is a complete and total ripoff. I sought there service to repair the temperature of the water in one of my showers. It wasn’t a huge issue. I have a brand new boiler. They pressed a few buttons (a process that took 5 minutes) and charged me 500 dollars !!! No integrity at all! PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE !! DO NOT SEEK THEIR SERVICES ! THEY ARE CON ARTISTS AND ROBBERS!!!
