The plumber was courteous and professional. He explained the problem and fixed it. I will use them again if i have any other problems. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I recently chose Air Pro Master to have my air conditioner and air handler replaced after investigating several other options in the valley. The reasons I chose Air Pro Master was first of all the name brand of the equipment (Lennex), the professionalism of the general manager, Tim, and the price.

The installation team did an excellent job and were very careful during the installation. My air handler was in the attic and they were excellent in getting the old unit out and the new unit in with minimal damage. By the way, Tim sent out a dry wall expert to repair and touch up the dry wall and he did an excellent job!

The installation team had to place a thermostat downstairs since I elected to have a two zone system put and did an excellent job. I also elected to have a air purifying system put in which I highly recommend.

The other reason that I would recommend it that Tim was very responsive to my every need and sent out his tech, Andrew, whom by the way, is very knowledgeable and was helpful in setting up my Nest thermostat to my phone and explained the features in a professional manner.

All in all I really appreciate Tim, the general manager, showing his concern and being helpful in getting my installation complete.

I have to say, that my wife and I are very particular and Tim recognized that right off. My 5 star rating goes to Air Pro Master and I would advise everyone to at least give them a chance to prove their value. This is a very big expense and you as I did should get all the details to make a decision that you are comfortable and satisfied as I am with this purchase.

I had an appointment today during 1-5pm, but they didn’t show up until 7pm.. After 1 & 1/2 hours of waiting, I called the innovation pluming company, but they were already closed. I didn’t even know if the technician would come or not. Luckily the technician Mark called me around 6:19pm and checked on my appointment. He thought my appointment was rescheduled, but he still called me and checked. He found out that I was still waiting, and he came around 7pm. Finally the technician fixed the cartilage. He was very professional and nice. If he didn’t call me, I probably would have waited all day. I don’t want to give this company for 5 stars for their lack of awareness towards their client, but I would love to give Mark for 5+ stars. Thank you Mark!!!

There is a reason why they are rated five stars, if I may say so. Anyone who felt compelled to comment on Ward and Hane's ability to not only get the task done but to do it well and on time would be able to attest to their skill. Others who have had the pleasure of doing business with them have done their part to spread the word that they're the genuine deal, and I'm more than happy to do the same. I have now employed them twice and can say they have been more than fair. More than willing to accommodate my budget and plumbing requirements. In addition, there is an uncommonly personal element to their work. They treat each task as if they were doing it for themselves, and they have been willing to share every step of their process with me as they perform it. There is no greater transparency than that. In addition, they always possess a genuinely positive attitude. Just a cheerful, family-owned business with employees who perform their duties as if for themselves, but for you. They are now my contractors.

A new pipe was required. When I phoned, they fit me in on the same day I called. The value I received from my new pipe much exceeded the price I paid. Highly recommend.
