I love Dialed-In Repairs! DI Repairs is always immediately responsive to my inquiries, providing their availability up front and their rates, assessment and estimates as soon as possible. I have never waited more than a few days tops for the entire repair process to be taken care of. DI Repairs’ work is great and reliable. Finally, their staff is trustworthy and polite, so I am very confident in allowing them into the residence.

Came on Friday, fixed two toilet issues and can back on the following Monday to replace the kitchen faucet. Was on time on both days.

I called 3 times, and never received a call back. The last time I called, I spoke with the dispatcher (John) who was quite rude and claimed to have spoken to me the day before. I told him that I hadn't received a call back and he still insisted that we had spoken. He was rude and condescending. I will never call them and wouldn't recommend their services to anyone.

Bronze Age Plumbing. After 3 phone calls with them, they gave the incorrect phone number to the plumber who would have been driving 1.5 hours to arrive in SF. Three hours after the plumber told dispatch he had the wrong number - and after the scheduled time - they get back to me and are rude. Soon, uber will be doing plumbing dispatch too, and speedy can roll on back to the bronze age.
