We made a call this morning to have a sewer sump pump replaced and within 30 minutes Oliver was at our door. Oliver was very informative and helpful. Phil and his team are outstanding! I ran into an issue with my Duravit bidet that could not be resolved locally. Phil came to my rescue, not only following up with the manufacturer and keeping me in touch about the warranty, but also carving out a day for his team to come to me (I’m in sacramento) To make the repair. They showed up when promised, at the time promised, and made the necessary repairs to get me back in business. It’s rare to find people in business with Phil’s ethics and focus on customers. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!

Of the plumbers we got quotes from, the were not only reasonably priced, but prompt, responsive, and clear in explaining the rationale between the work they do and don't recommend. Several other plumbers recommended more drastic work, but they respectfully disagreed and told us why. I respect that honesty and professionalism and would recommend them.

We had a leaky downstairs ceiling and not sure where the problem was. Ed came by and told us he can identify and fix the leak in 3 hours. He got the job done in 2.5 hours! What impressed us the most was his technical skills, speed and professionalism. Ed is excellent at communicating to us the various tests he will do to identify the problem and how he's going to fix the problem. I was curious and wanted to watch him work, but did not want to get in the way. Not only was he totally okay with that, he explained each step as he was working away. Another amazing quality about Ed is that he keeps his workspace super clean. There was no need for me to do any cleanup. Highly, highly recommend!! His pricing is very reasonable. In fact, we loved him so much, he ended up coming back for a second visit and helped us fix a leaky toilet, caulking for our bath tub, and more! By the way, the caulking looks so beautiful, I can't stop staring at it each time I enter that bathroom. This is the first time I felt so strongly about a job well done that I want to share it with our community.
