There are not enough good words I can say about Ben Jacobs plumbing!!! In those stormy crazy rainy days we had recently in Oakland our whole basement and crawl space was completely Flooded . Water started to accumulate every were to the point it's stated
To get scary I couldn't even see the wine bottles I had on there. And that's because our sump pump burned out cause it couldn't handle with this heavy rain . I called few companies on a Sunday noon but non of them responded . Ben Jacob answered ride a a way and was real Pleasent to talk with . I explained to him the problems and within 24 hours I had new pump installed and all water was gone .super responsive and and amazingly professional solved it super quick I will definitely recommend this company. Prices were fair and as given to me over the phone . Super nice👍🏻👍🏻😉since the moment he answered my call til all water was gone and job was done !! Thx Ben Jacobs plumbing I appreciate

24 HR Emergency Plumber San Francisco Inc came exactly on time. I explained the problem, and they came in took 1 look at the bathtub, got the tools, and fixed it in 2 minutes. The tech & his partner are professionals who know what they are doing and get it done well, and quickly.

Amazingly fast service for a busted kitchen sink pipe. As other reviews stated, they were quick to respond and was able to perform the repair and replacement in about an hour. Their price was also fair considering the time it took to come out and get it done so quickly.

Bill Connell arrived out during a large ice storm (early Feb 2023) and repaired the damage caused by electrical service mains that tore away from the exterior house wall due to a tree fall (from the ice storm). He worked a long shift in freezing yucky weather, did professional quality work, and was courteous through it all. My wife and I are happy, and we highly recommend his services. Bill is an exemplary employee and represents very well. Excellent excellent excellent!

I had a water heater replaced by Baron back in 2008. Picked him because he was a straight shooter, willing to give me a quote over the phone. He was on time, did impeccable work, and charged me exactly what he said he would. The water heater is still going strong today. I had a sewer back-up problem the night before more Mother’s Day. I contacted Advanced Plumbing and Drain, because they had several good reviews on Yelp. I spoke with Nick at 9:00 pm that night to explain the problem. Nick and his team arrived in the morning and resolved the sewer problem. Great customer service, friendly, very informative and the cost was reasonable. Thanks to Nick and his team for resolving the problem! I had a great Mother's Day!

I can't say enough about what a great job Angelo and his crew from Discount Plumbing did with our rental home in Oakland. Angelo called me right away to set up a next day estimate. He and his crew were on time and very thorough. originally, it look like it was going to a straight forward trenchless project and Angelos's quote came in well below several other bids.

Angelo and the crew got to work on time the next day and we were lucky enough to get the once in a blue moon plumbing disaster. A city tree had a root that grew into the line and ran over 52 feet to the house from street. Angelo called me right away and kept myself and my up-to-date with multiple messages as our simple trenchless project turned into a massive multiple trench sewer excavation. After seeing the extensive work that had to be performed it was an incredible relief when Angelo gave us the additional expense from the original quote which was incredibly reasonable. At this point we were at his mercy and I felt that he made sure that he didn't take advantage of the situation. In this day I think this type of honesty is hard to come by and it almost brought me to tears.

Angelo and his crew worked long hours for two days on our little sewer project and they we so professional. The kept the area as clean as possible and communicated clearly with my neighbors, my renter and myself. Angelo was so extremely helpful and positive even as the project got bigger and bigger.

I called this business to fix my water heater. The technician was prompt and courteous. He repaired the problem in no time and I was incredibly satisfied with the service.

The man was soo rude and unprofessional. I wanted to pay with credit card and he told me that his company does not accept credit cards cuz it cost him 10% and that they are fraudulent. He wanted me to only pay cash or by check. I am currently working with BBB so they can assist in getting him paid (my bill was $130.00).
He said he was going to band me from my insurance company. The moment he walked into my house he was very negative told me how horrible my pipes were and that whoever remodeled my house did not know what he was doing. He went on and on how bad my pipes were. (that's why he was at my house HELLO).
I was actually scared on how he came at me (hubby was not home)when i told him that I did not want to pay him with a check I felt scared. It's too late for me but I am going to see that he does not ever treat another customer like he did me.
DO NOT USE this company.
