We called United Plumbing to have a regulator installed in our home. Plumber was punctual, professional, and honest about his work. We are very happy with his work and will definitely call them for any other plumbing/repairs in the future. Strongly recommend giving them a call!

We had a problem with our toilets not draining well. Donny came out and determined that our backwater valve was not opening completely. He ensured that our sewer line was clean and in a state of good repair. Our backwater sewer valve was installed very efficiently in less than a day.

I didn’t chose this company - my property management did. These guys are no nonsense pros. Sal is a well experienced professional, 38 years in the business but felt like a friend you call when you need a a SME. Willing to listen to our problem and had the patience to find out cause of our washing machine drain clog. Resolved the issue by clearing out the line quickly. Sal and his technician Armando were efficient and even cleaned up the area under the washer.. I would recommend these guys to anyone who asks.

Freddy installed a kitchen faucet for me. He was on time, professional and completed his work quickly. I would recommend.

I turned to Charly The Plumber a few months ago. I needed leak detection and a friend of mine told me about them. I must admit that they did amazing job!

Honestly one of the best repair man in San Jose. Down to earth and extremely knowledgeable. He also saved me hundreds of dollars instead of going to San Jose water heaters. I appreciate his work and hope more people engage in his business. Amazing man and incredible person.

The plumbing contractor was excellent! We had a burst pipe that had flooded our upstairs, so we needed someone to come out urgently. This happened late Friday, so we were concerned about getting someone out on the Saturday, but this company was great!

Not a pleasant experience. Made an appointment and a technician supposed to show up between 10-12pm on 6/24/22 (Friday) and the technician supposed to call me 30 minutes prior to shows up. No one called or shows up when I called company at 12:15pm. I was told I could reschedule the appointment.
When I made an appointment, the company supposed to call to reschedule or arrive late in advance instead of kept me waiting.

My homeowners insurance assigned them to me. They didn't return my calls. The insurance company had to call them and was finally able to set up an appointment and then they didn't show up. I had to take the day off to wait around for them and now I have to figure out how to take another day off when the new plumber comes. Hope you have better luck with this worthless business.
