Because our house is older, we've had Lane out four times for various copper pipe repairs, a toilet replacement, a well house pipe repair, and a water heater mixing valve. Despite their limitations, they respond and communicate well. They'll be our go-to for as long as they're in the picture. Excellent people and service.

He really took the time to understand my A/C and airflow issues on the second floor, which no other company did. Even though they had a slightly higher price, I decided to go with them. And I'm so glad I did! The installation and repair went smoothly, and the technicians were thorough and professional. Mario Came out to fix my sewer problem, after clearing it he offered to inspect the main line to determine what was the cause of the problem. He then showed me with his camera the condition of the pipe and oh boy was it in terrible condition. I had him replace my whole sewer line to fix the problem permanently. His team and him were really great and profesional, I have found my plumber honest and reliable!

Great!I would recommend Fuse HVAC, Refrigeration, Electrical & Plumbing. We found them through our home warranty office. We had a outage in two rooms, our daughters and home office. Both crucial in a pandemic. Though they had to reschedule due to a job that ran over. On the next appointment they were early, wore masks and booties. They assessed the problem swiftly and corrected in under an hour! Which was great as we had a physical therapy appt to make that morning. They were also very polite. Goes a long way in customer service for me. Very pleased.?

Had ha bad back up in the plumbing from previous plumbers work. Tino from mission city plumbing came out and replaced the messed up pipes and now the flow is good to go. Great work, great price and saved us a lot of money. Thanks to tino from mission city plumbing.

New Update: This company after the initial estimate provided the worst customer experience I've ever had in missed appointments, reschedules, and totally incorrect initial estimate and couldn't even get their hands on replacement parts. I ended up going with another service company and ended up significantly more than their original inaccurate estimate but honestly didn't want anymore to do with this company after how poorly they treated me.

I'm extremely satisfied with the plumbing service I received. The plumber was prompt, professional, and resolved the issue with my plumbing efficiently. I'm grateful for their professionalism and would hire them again.

I was ripped Off
By this guy. I found this plumber via a Coworker’s referral. Carlos of MC Plumbing and Drain came
and gave me a quote for $1800 to fix my leaky shower/tub hot water handle. But his work was really badly done. He sent me an employee who had no uniform or labeled
Work truck who was an hour and a half late. He
gave me no choice of fixture, he worked 4 hours and beyond the estimated time, I
checked the work and questioned the cheap quality of the fixture which seemed liked spray painted plastic/super cheap and ugly. The guy told me it was a good brand/good quality. I wanted to upgrade it because it didn’t look like it would last. The guy told me To talk to Carlos. I texted Carlos and he said he would come by to look at it. He came by and said the loose fixture and rotating levers were “normal” and there was nothing he could do about it. I paid him with my credit card for the full amount. Immediately afterwards, the levers to control the water spin all the way around and do not close properly. And black water still comes through the spigot which Carlos said would go away and has not. The tub is permanently stained. I have videos and photo proof of everything. I would not recommend him to anyone or ever use him again.

Two technician showed up without mask at my doorstep. I asked them to put on mask since I'm pregnant, and they refused to do so saying the mask mandate is now lifted. Would encourage folks to AVOID their service as they definitely DO NOT CARE about their customers at all.
