The employees of this company know a lot about tankless water heaters, which is not true for all water heater repair companies. They were punctual, courteous and knowledgeable. The price was fair, too. Highly recommended!

My water heater was leaking, I dealt with it for a few days and it got to the point where there was nothing I could do anymore. I didn’t have a “go to” plumber, so I searched and I found Mike. Mike at American Reliable Plumbing (ARP)was amazing. He came in and assessed the issue, he then gave me 3 choices and he was very detailed with each option. He answered all my questions confidently and that put me at ease. Long story short, I went with the tankless option, it was a bit more expensive but the value and quality of work was second to none. Mike at ARP is definitely my go to plumber and I would recommend him to anyone I know looking for a plumber. Great personality, very polite and professional. The work speaks for itself, quality work and a reasonable price. Call American Plumbing, their customer service is on point.

The City of Morgan Hill started in June 2022 a new requirement for PSL (private sewer line) Inspections prior to selling a house. They also have a Grant Program that reimburses the homeowner up to 50% of costs for repair or replacement.

I requested my first replacement bid from TrenchFree and Carlos came out and viewed the video I received from the inspection I paid for from another company that doesn't do repairs but used his own camera to view the sewer and gave a free esitmate. I needed two more estimates for the Grant Program, it was like pulling teeth to get the estimates and some Contractors wanted to charge from $250-500 just to give a bid. I submitted my three bids and the city chose TrenchFree as the lowest and approved the Grant.

I can't say enough about how great they were to work with all while I had already relocated out of state for retirement!

Probably not space to mention all the contacts I had but Thanks Carlos for getting it all started and to all the others involved! With the reports/video I received and submitted, I was informed by the city that all looks good and my check from the Grant Program will be on the way!

I can't speak for other services but to All Home Sellers, if you need a PSL Inspection/Repair/Installation TrenchFree is the one to go with!

I had a great experience with Tony and his crew. My kitchen sink was backed up. I sent out a request for bids and received a response within 10 minutes at 8PM. I promptly had an estimate and an appointment. The crew showed up on time, fixed the problem and gave me a thorough explanation of what was wrong and how to avoid it in the future. I really couldn't ask for much more as the price was reasonable too.

I literally can't begin to tell you how grateful I am to $15 sewer and drain! I've been using them for 13 years and all their employees have been amazing! Starting from the call! Today was especially special speaking to the owner by chance Valerie and what an amazing Lady! I use them a few months back for a shower clog and Martin came out and omg what a great guy! Very friendly and professional and loved my dogs! Then today I had a kitchen draining problem so when I spoke with Valerie she was able to send martin. He came within 20 min and greeted the dogs took care of our drain with the best customer service!! It's just so nice to get someone with exceptional skills both plumbing and all around good natured! Thank you so much!!

They performed two services at my house. First they came out to address a pipe that was breached by a tree root, and installed a clean out port so the city can address future issues.

Next they came out and installed a tankless water heater after our water heater tank stopped working.

Both times they were punctual and thorough in their work. They did a great job and shared all of their knowledge with me, so I could make an informed decision. I highly recommend!

Very good work

I'm not very plumbing-savvy, but this guy seemed like he knew what he was doing. After only ten minutes of his time, he came over and fixed my leaking pipe. I thought it would take at least an hour, so I'm surprised he finished so quickly. In my opinion, he is the best plumber in the area.

He is a quick and honest plumber. I received much higher quotes Greg completed the job ahead of schedule and did a thorough clean up.

I believe this company, Aquatek Plumbing San Jose, CA, overcharges significantly for an average job they do, to the point that I consider them not being ethical. In my case, my contact was very arrogant, difficult to work with, answered e-mail fine, but not the phone messages. I chose Aquatek Plumbing only because the HOA had them do the video scanning of the sewer line starting on my property and continuing through common area (I had paid half of the video cost). The job I gave Aquatek Plumbing was to repair three feet sewer line, on my property in San Jose, CA, which was damaged by tree roots. In my opinion, after they do the video, they overcharge significantly to do the repair job, because, they know if you go to another company the new company may have to do the video scanning again and charge you for it. As a multiple property owner for the past 48 years, I have worked with many service organizations and I have found this company to be unethical, significantly overcharge and be very difficult to work with. I would not recommend them to anyone, including HOAs.

These guys are a rip off, should of read the reviews. I did call Roto rooter and was quoted a better price.

I needed a complete system make over. My home was built in the 1970’s. I wanted to add air conditioning and was given a quote with some very usefull upgrade suggestions. I had a lot of hot and cold spots within my home. My current unit was loud and inefficient. I ended up having my furnace relocated to the attic to reduce noise and received the bonus of a new closet. I had all my ducts replaced and larger ones installed to increase on my homes energy efficiency. Anthony and Jesse showed up with smiles on their faces. Made sure the area stayed as clean as possible since I have children and animals. They were polite and thoughtful to the inconvenience the job presented. I recommend Mr. Reliable to anyone. As you can see my husband also added a review. I felt it necessary to write a review showing a women’s perspective.

I contacted Efficient Water Heaters because of all the great reviews from Yelp. From the time I talk to Joseph to the time he and his crew finished the job (water heater replacement), everything is so smooth. They did a wonderful job. they are also professional and efficient. the whole job took less than 2 hrs. highly recommend.

I randomly started receiving unsolicited spam from 1 hour drain. How did that happen. It will be reported to the local federal trade commission!

Our toilet backed up on a Sunday morning. It was a mess. Our previous plumber had a outgoing message they no longer do weekends or after hour service. Found Platinum Rooter & Plumbing and called at 9:30am was told they could probably be out by noon. They arrived at 11:00 am and cleared the clog. We found our new plumber, We are very happy campers in my house.
