Carlos was amazing. I had another company cancel at the last minute. Called Right on Time and he was able to come within an hour. In the mist of the pandemic, he took every precaution. Was friendly and reasonably priced. Guess I found myself a plumber. :)

My technician and his apprentice were great. Both were kind, amicable, and professional, and as a first-time homeowner, they made the process as painless as it could be while giving me tips on how to mitigate future issues. I'm not sure how their pricing compares to other plumbers as I didn't shop around and this is my first time hiring one, but given the good work they did, I'd hire them again even if their prices are a touch higher than the competition.

We had an old tub shower insert completely replaced with new shower insert and drain and hardware. Any issues from the older house were handled easily and professionally. They worked hard to keep the areas clean and did a very professional job and were personable and very polite and easy to talk to or ask questions. The bid was half the price of any others we had looked at and very reasonable. The entire job was completed in just three days the drywall replaced and textured and painted as well. We now have a beautiful new shower to enjoy for years to come. Thank you Austin Plumbing.

I had a Water softener and Reverse Osmosis system installed. He was Amazing! He was prompt and professional and knocked it out a lot quicker than I imagined! Very satisfied with the price and workmanship. I now feel like an, “ I know a guy” type of homeowner! Definitely will go to him for any future plumbing problems or projects. Definitely recommend him to all of my friends, family and any folks out there looking for a good plumber and not a corporate rip off!

Roadrunner Plumbing is amazing. My husband was installing a bidet on my mother's toilet and ran into an issue when a piece of the attachment to the wall broke. Thankfully we already had her water turned off, but if we turned it on there would be water flowing everywhere. We called RR Plumbing on a Sunday evening and they were able to get to my mother's place early Monday morning. Not only did they explain to my mom what they did and what they were doing, but they reached out to my husband to explain it to him as well. They also offered advice to ensure there's no issues with the installation in the future. They truly care about their clients and use their knowledge to help and educate others. We will without a doubt use Roadrunner Plumbing for all of our future needs!

Brigham was friendly and professional. He was in and out for a toilet leak in about the 10 minutes. Then he wiped down the floor before leaving which was not his responsibility. Obviously takes a lot of pride in his work! Couldn’t have asked for more.
