Hired Chuck to install our 6 zone oil fired boiler and indirect hot water heater. Also added our master bath and laundry room on new 2nd floor addition. All rough pipe and finish work came out amazing. We wouldn’t use anyone else. Will definitely call Chuck again for all of our plumbing needs.

Both Bill and his team were very professional, conscientious and responsive—especially during a time when all pool trades are extremely overwhelmed due to Covid inspired pool building. I would not hesitate to use these folks for your plumbing needs.

ASAP did a job for my niece. I’m a retired service/repair plumber in San Diego area. Gas WH installation looks good. They replaced it for access to replace 3 handle T/S. There is some missing tile grout behind the T/S valve hot escutcheon. That could of easily been repaired or at least caulked.
Overall the price they quoted seemed to be fair. Regarding various photos they have posted on their website I’m a bit leery on some of their repairs. Could just be difference in local code requirements. So I’ll just give them 3⭐️

Our very first dream kitchen, exactly how I imagined it, except even more beautiful than I could have pictured. The design perfectly solved all our storage issues while still respecting the small space. We got the unique, high-end aesthetic we wanted, customized exactly how we envisioned, at a much more reasonable cost than if we had gone to a cabinets place or big retailer. They even took care of a few other unrelated minor home improvements we needed done while completing the kitchen. I had a lot of questions because I had never had a remodel before. Huey and everyone on the team patiently educated me and gave sound advice on every decision along the way, without any pressure or judgment. I love our new space and enjoy cooking again. I also love just sitting with my coffee every morning and admiring my kitchen from across the room. Thank you all for making this dream come true! We love it.

Prompt and great service.

I originally scheduled an appointment for them to come fix my water heater and due to their truck breaking down they had to cancel our appointment and reschedule for a later time. The day they came over they did not call me to confirm the time and I was in the hospital. They showed up and of course I wasn’t there so I ended up getting charged a no show fee of $69. I called to explain that I was in the hospital and spoke with Riley, even offered to provide my hospital paperwork, she said she spoke with the manager and unfortunately they can’t waive the fee and if I want to go with a different company that’s fine. They don’t care. They don’t work with people.

This business is extremely unprofessional, let me start with that. I had a service request that was scheduled for a Saturday between 1-5. NO CALL/NO SHOW. So when I call them on Monday she tells me the technician wasn't able to access the property & tried calling but didn't reach anyone. She (Nicole) said their number would come up as blocked but I got 0 calls from a blocked number or a non-blocked number at all on Saturday. So in telling her that he obviously was lying she got snotty & told me not to call her technicians liars, even though he obviously is one. So I asked to be transferred to someone higher in the company & Lindsey comes on again being defensive vs working on a resolution for her technicians lack of work ethic. So obviously both Nicole & Lindsey are PATHETIC employees as well as the technician. I know no one can get good employees these days, but these two are definitely not worth the $ as they I am sure are costing the company a lot of business as I bet I'm not the only one they are ignorant with. Good luck to anyone who thinks about using this company as you'll need it.

Found a faulty shower drain in our secondary bathroom. I attempted to remove all the concrete in the affected area but was damaging the drain more in the process. Plumbing Warrior offered to complete the concrete removal, replace all affected plumbing and install a new shower pan at a very low price! Job was completed quickly in only a few hours.
