Very poor communication. They get auto assigned home warranty work (constant flow of business) so have the mentality that customer service and follow through in order to retain customers is not a priority. Very dishonest about having left voicemails when no calls have ever come from them. Will avoid in the future due to this.

Dallen and his team were great. Very professional. Incredibly thorough. Best service communication I think I’ve ever experienced. Constant updates and communication were very much appreciated. I just had a water heater and water recirculator replaced but the way they communicated was as if my job was of the utmost importance. To me it was - and they treated it as such. Highly recommended

Called Gordon on a Saturday and he was able to come out and replace our water heater the same day. Great service and honest pricing. Would recommend to anyone needing a new water heater.

Tried with multiple plumbers and they were saying cutting the ceiling and taking out of tub bla bla and thank god all I did not go through all those process. Our thermostat on one side of house stopped working and we called AZ Preferred Plumbing LLC who we were very happy with when they installed our new units several years ago. Randy came out and was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a pretty simple fix (for him) at the air handler unit and he had us up and running again in no time! A blessing un In summer for sure. I had two broken toilets, I hired another plumber who told me to buy the parts and then call him back. Then I contacted Goldstar Plumbing. 1st time using them, our technician, Shah Saadat, provided great & quality service. He fixed both my toilets & corrected a clogged sink. works like new again. I think, we found a new plumber, I would recommend them.
