Brainer & Brown Plumbing

Brainer and Brown installed all the plumbing fixtures in our new home and have been great to work with. We had an issue after we moved in and they were quick to come and get it resolved.

If you want it done right these are the guys to call!!!

Job well done! Brauner and Brown showed up when others didn’t. B&B also fixed a recurrent problem that another local company didn’t fix correctly a few months back. I should have called them the first time, but I will always call them the next time! Troy, our service tech, worked diligently and effectively to get it done! We are thankful!

I love Brainer and Brown. They always prioritize real emergencies and come out as quick as they can. They replaced my ejector pump really fast and they were clean as could be about it.

One of the Owners seamed like a person who I would deal with on a regular basis. But come to find out, exact opposite of what I thought. He's belligerent, uses very foul language, probably the furthest thing from a Christian that ever walked the face of the Earth

The team of professionals, starting with my phone call, to the technicians working together replaced the water heater I requested in an unbelievable timely manner. I appreciate the customer service and shall be using their service again.

I will not recommend this company to anyone! I was present at my home while they were working on my tub. They were working for and hour and charged me for an hour and half. And called the office to see if I could clear up the issue and they lady was rude and said that the price I was charged was not going to change because they were there for the time they said.

Jeanie in the office is wonderful to work with, the people at Brainer and Brown are top notch. My go to for any plumbing needs.

Water leak was coming from inside plumbing pipes held together with a clip behind the drywall.

The clip holding pipes together broke and cut into the pipe causing a leak. Jamie was quick and timely cutting the water off and fixing the repair.

I have tried 4 times to set an appointment to get some work done because they were recommended to me by a relative .Never a returned call ,text,or email. NO RESPONSE .Looking somewhere else.
