First of all, I am grateful that your company responded so The repairman who detected and worked on my leaking pipe was such a hard worker and he was so thoughtful and conscientious. The task ended up taking longer than at first anticipated, and Paris was unnecessarily apologetic (it wasn't his fault) and he kept working even though there was an approaching storm. He finally stopped around 9:30pm, but he was back early the next morning to finish the repair. And he did a great job of cleaning the worksite and the end. I will call your company (and Paris) if I ever need plumbing services again. And after seeing Paris in action, if my neighbors need your services they will be calling you too. Thank you!
